Clinical Supervision
I have extensive experience of supervising interns through thier post masters practiums: both in private practice and public mental health settings.
My main interest in supervising you is that you develop your own self hood as the main tool of your therapuetic work. Focus is on encouraging you to develop your own style, comfrot, and 'way' of being a therapist, whilst being grounded and deeply informed by coherent theory. Supportive and consistent support right through the examination preparation and licensing procdures.
I offer a particular expreitse in how to work with Addiction, trauma and chemical dependency within a private paratice setting.
Supervision style is warm, engaing, interactive, collaborative and creative!
